How To Duplicate A Page In WordPress Easily



Duplicating a WordPress page can be accomplished in a few different ways. Here are some methods:

Method 1: Using a WordPress Plugin

  1. Install and activate a plugin named “Duplicate Page”.
  2. Navigate to Plugins and select “Add New”.
  3. Search for “Duplicate Page”, then install and activate it.
  4. Find the post or page you wish to duplicate and hover over the title.
  5. Select “Duplicate This” and modify the copy as needed.

Method 2: Using WordPress.com Support

  1. Access your dashboard.
  2. Select Posts or Pages on the left side.
  3. Click the ellipses menu (the three vertical dots) next to the post or page you want to copy.
  4. Choose “Copy page” or “Copy post”.
  5. The WordPress Editor will open immediately, creating a new post with the duplicated content.

Method 3: Manually Copy and Paste

  1. Go to Pages and select Edit to open the page you want to copy.
  2. In the WordPress block editor, click on the “More tools & Options” button and select “Code Editor”. If you’re using the classic editor, switch to the “Text” tab.
  3. Select all of the content on the page and Copy them by pressing the Control + C keys on your keyboard.
  4. Paste the copied content into a new page.
